Troubleshooting

General troubleshooting.

  • Make sure your device is connected to the network.

  • Make sure you entered the correct license key during the GazeTracker initialization.

  • Make sure the app has the camera permission approved.

  • Make sure the bundle ID of the production key is the same as that of the app.

  • The followings are cases of typical authentication failure due to using incorrect license key

    • Using Development Key in the production environment.
    • Using Production Key in the development environment.
    • Not using license key in Sample project build.
    • The device time is not set correctly.
    • Free trial period has finished. You can always apply for extension.
